Nirimba Fields is a masterplanned community with over 60 hectares of greenspace including a District Park with multi-use courts and fields, 3 local parks, cycleways, open space and a nature corridor – it will offer play equipment for all ages, outdoor exercise equipment, as well as associated facilities to support local sporting clubs. Will there be a primary school located within the community?

Yes. Nirimba Fields Public School has been operating since 2024 and opened a new purpose-built school building in 2026, providing state of the art classrooms for up to 1,000 students. All homes in DHA’s Nirimba Fields community are within walking distance to the school and a new pre-school is due to open adjacent to the school in 2027, providing families with education from pre-school to Year 6 right on their doorstep. Are there currently any lots available to purchase?

Yes, all land lots at Nirimba Fields are cleared of trees to allow for an easy building platform, however; to ensure it remains a sustainable community, DHA provide street trees to all roads and parks, for a continuous canopy to provide shading and a beautiful neighbourhood streetscape.

Yes, at Nirimba Fields we understand the importance of staying connected to family and friends, as well as the flexibility to work from home, thus NBN fibre to the home is provided.

No. Future land release stages at Nirimba Field will not be serviced by reticulated natural gas.
