Who is the developer?

Will all the land be developed at the same time?

No. The construction of Akuna Vista will be staged. Stages 1-12 have already registered with Stage 13 due to register shortly. Development works and land releases will occur over the next 4 years, with completion of the entire development anticipated in 2027.

What is the recreational amenity at Akuna Vista?

Akuna Vista is a masterplanned community which embodies the statement “live among wide open nature”. Overall, 66 hectares of the new neighbourhood is designated as open green space, including parklands with playground areas, cycleways and a rejuvenated Riparian nature corridor. Akuna Vista’s future sporting hub and recreational centre will feature multi-use sports courts, fields and facilities to accommodate and support local sporting clubs. There will also be a play-space with a range of equipment for children of all ages and abilities, a village green for community events, ample pathways for exercise and plenty of trees for shade. Will there be a primary school located within the community?

The master plan provides a designated area for a proposed K-6 public school. The NSW Government confirmed funding in the NSW 2022/23 Budget for the new primary school in Nirimba Fields to meet anticipated enrolment growth in North West Sydney. Will there be shops located in the neighbourhood?

The master plan incorporates a local neighbourhood centre adjacent to the future primary school. Shop types will be determined by the eventual developer and may include a café, convenience store or a small supermarket.

Are there currently any lots available to purchase?

Will the developer install the road, sewer, water, and electricity?

Yes.

Will the land be cleared?

Most of the blocks will be fully cleared. There are some trees which may be retained. These are clearly shown on the individual lot disclosure plans.

Is there natural gas?

Yes.

Will NBN be installed at Akuna Vista?

Yes. NBN fibre will be connected to your premises.

Are there any parks currently in the community?

The first pocket park will be delivered to the community in mid 2023. With three street frontages on Triton Parade, Winjeel Street and Avenger Street, this new green space is the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy. The park will have shaded picnic tables, a designated children’s playground area, plenty of room for a game of backyard cricket and ample space to enjoy get togethers with the local community. A further four pocket parks are planned and will be delivered to the community over the next few years.
